Summertime is almost here! 

Warm nights, a wine on the terrace before the concert, space to catch up with friends and family before the Silly Season begins in earnest...

Join Sunshine Coast Symphony Orchestra for a program of music that celebrates the ease of summer.  Travel with us to France on a moonlit summer night with Debussy's Clair de Lune, or to the hot Italian summer festivities in Tchaikovsky’s Cappricio Italien.  Hear our very own star trumpet player Nelson Oakley perform Gershwin's "Summertime", and experience the drama of Beethoven's summer storm from his Pastoral Symphony. Very Queensland!

All great parties end with a dance and this time we've chosen the Antiche Danza of Respighi and the wonderfully unhinged Danse Bacchanale (from Samson and Delilah) by Saint-Saens.

It's going to be lots of fun and a great concert to share with family and friends.
